We found the staff friendly and the breakfast truly was amazing, making our two nights feel really comfy while being just a few steps from attractions like Hito Tres Fronteras and the Ente Municipal de Turismo Iguazu, which made our city strolls so enjoyable. it was perfect for our family with children, but the hotel could benefit from updating some of its amenities.

The pool offered a refreshing escape after long days exploring, perfect for cooling off. I loved the convenient location right by the bus station and multiple dining options. My Standard Double room had decent air conditioning, making it comfortable during the warmer days. The staff were friendly and eager to help with any questions. Breakfast could use improvement. while there were some options, the sugary pastries didn't appeal to me. The dining area felt tired, with some worn-out chairs. Noise from the hallways occasionally disrupted the peace. A better cleaning routine would enhance the overall experience, as I noticed some areas that could use more attention. Some bathroom facilities had accessibility issues, which could be challenging for some guests. The room was spacious, but the decor felt outdated. With a few tweaks, it could be a significantly better stay.
